Hz has been working with the brand new venue in Denmark KB3 in the happening meat packing district of Copenhagen.A preopening party featuring James Murphy (DFA/LCD Soundsystem) launched the unique space, before the city council stopped all activities due to possible polution in the area. Unfortunate, but hopefully just a minor delay before the premises again can operate.

Den internationalt anerkendte DJ og musiker Kenneth Bager har flere gange været på programmet til Fredagslounge på Louisiana, hvor han har skabt en intens stemning for fulde huse. Det har givet grobund for ideen om et samarbejde i form af produktion af en særlig Louisiana CD med kunstneren.

Fredag den 13. november 2009 udgives CD’en med titlen ’LOUISIANA compiled by Kenneth Bager’ featuring bl. a. Wim Mertens, Yann Tiersen, Richard Hawley, Penguin Café Orchestra og The Kenneth Bager Experience - og ved aftenens Fredagslounge kan cafeens gæster være med til at høre Kenneth Bager & Friends spille den ny CD-musik live for første gang.

With great interest we have been following the lively debate in the daily press on our concept for the new morning show on TV 2. A lot has been said and done, and the interest has been overwhelming. To change a daily TV-show format can surely stir up some emotions, which is interesting regardless which standpoint one has. Some points are taken, some we disagree with, but we will continue to follow the public opinion on this. On that note: according to the Gallup poles, the show ratings has gone up 20%

The brand new Go'morgen and Go'aften Danmark TV show formats is on air on national TV 2 from the 5th of January 2009 with creative direction by Jonas Hartz for Nordisk Film. The production features a full creative package solution including graphic design, motion graphics, music package and studio design by the Hz team of creative specialists. GO!

Hz is taking on the assignment as creative director of the two daily talkshows GoMorgen Danmark and GoAften Danmark on national TV 2 for Nordisk Film TV production. A reflection of Danish design in New York City

From 19 September 2007, Storefront will open its façade to a kaleidoscopic exhibition of Danish design manifested through the history, life, work and products of five Danish design brands;
Bang & Olufsen (sound and vision), Fritz Hansen (furniture), Georg Jensen (jewelry and silverware), Louis Poulsen (lighting) and Royal Copenhagen (porcelain)

‘We’re very pleased to have the opportunity to host some of the all-time masterpieces of Danish design at Storefront this fall. Why do some items make the transition from fulfilling a basic function, such as listening to music or serving food, to becoming a work of art? This exhibition will tell the fascinating story behind the genesis of these icons’, says Joseph Grima, Director for Storefront for Art and Architecture

The Danish creative studio Hz has curated the exhibition with the aim to let the artistic forces of Danish design be refracted through a prism. ‘When light hits a prism of crystal, the rays are refracted, gaining volume, color and shape. For literally hundreds of years, these companies have functioned as prisms that have invited designers, sculptors, architects and sound engineers to use their production facilities to create past, present and future icons’, states the Creative Director behind the exhibition, Jonas Hartz of Hz
